Stratford Youth Soccer Club

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Please note the following:

• Each Camp will be hosted at Packham Playing Fields from 9am - noon
• There will be no refunds offered once the camp has begun
• Registration is not complete (and place at camp is not secured) until full payment has been received.
